Blogger was down for most of the day on Friday so I couldn't get you your links. Hopefully you managed to find a way to procrastinate all on your own. Last week my dad, and then my mom, was in town, so we had all kinds of fun stuff going on. Here he is with Charlotte on the antique tractor that we couldn't get her off of. This was after our visit to see the baby animals - pictures later this week.
In the meantime, here are some of the articles I've been saving for you...
- Unusual Items Worth Packing on Your Next Vacation - such an interesting list, and if you have a good memory you'll recall that I already told you about the baby powder for beach vacations.
- Creme Brulee French Toast? OhMyGod,Yes!
- This article on Sarah Palin is absolutely riveting. It's a little long and you have to read it through to the end to fully understand the power of the article, but it's totally worth it. It explains how easily she could have been a viable candidate had she just highlighted her actual strengths of fighting for justice and not began immediately pandering to the far right and becoming a naysayer for everything democratic.
- If you need something short that will make you laugh your ass off, this is the link for you. I was practically crying.
