For the record, I've been making that very recipe since way before that big bosomed lady got her mug on tv...Now, if you want the sauce to have a really interesting flair, replace the mushrooms with a sweet vadalia onion, a handful of grapes (cut in half), and some walnuts...Shaaazamm! Your have a supercalifragilisticexpealidocious steak sauce!!!!

Actually, I wear the much coveted Martha Stewart Apron in slate! It cinches nicely at the waist to draw the eyes upward! :)
