To that end, here is a video of her crawling after the dryer ball. She learned to crawl for the first time while we were away for the first time - obviously.

I kinda miss the hop-crawling, but this is adorable.
A friend of mine has informed me that even though she works, all of her daughter's "firsts" happen RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. She has told all sitters/daycare workers that if A has any milestone moments, they must be kept secret because they don't actually happen until Mommy sees them. I think that might work.
