This is my new favorite snack this week. I'm assuming that all the healthy goodness in the avocado and the whole wheat bread just grabs onto all that Halloween candy in my stomach and washes it away. I'm pretty sure I learned that somewhere.
One piece of toasted whole wheat bread covered with a heaping mixture of:
Mashed avocado, lemon or lime juice, chili powder. Voila!
