This is a duvet cover (via Ohdeedoh) that a mom made for her art-loving son out of his favorite drawings. The process is time consuming, but very simple. What an incredible example of supporting your kid's interests, not to mention a beautiful end product.
I know that I will never be a perfect parent, but I frequently pray that I'll be the RIGHT type of parent for my own specific kids. That whatever type of parent that THEY need in life for THEIR individual personalities is they type of parent that I'll be to them. This seems like such a small but beautiful example of that prayer in action.
